The following is a visual of the known particles of the universe, arranged according to mass and generation, showing the electron and photon, the main particles relevant to human movement, the up quark and down quark, which comprise the neutron and proton, which constitute the main mass portion of the 26 elements that humans are made of, along withe gluon, the particle that holds quarks together:[1]

All of these, are divided between fermions, aka the mass portion of the universe, and bosons, aka the force carrier portion of the universe.
