In terms, ignorance (TR:221) (LH:2) (TL:223), from in- meaning "not, without"[1] + PIE root -gno meaning "know"[2], + -ance meaning: quality, state, or degree of amount[3], refers to lack of knowing, to various degrees, about some thing.
